Terms

  • All lockers are the property of Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge (Birmingham).

  • Payments will be automatically drafted in advance on the 1st day of the month of the renewal period.

  • Locker memberships renew automatically. A 30-day written notice is required to end the rental agreement

  • Lockers that are not renewed and Lockers that are not cleared within 5 days of the Locker Agreement’s expiration will have contents removed. Articles kept for 15 days will be discarded.

  • Management reserves the right to inspect units at anytime.

  • Tailored Smoke bears no responsibility for contents other than to maintain humidity and temperature.

  • Only cigars, pipe tobacco and associated accessories can be stored in lockers. There shall be no storage of items that are illegal in the state of Alabama.

  • It is strongly recommended that ALL cigars and tobacco stored in lockers are purchased from Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge (Birmingham). Management must approve items not purchased from Tailored Smoke and approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tailored Smoke may remove any unapproved items with or without notice at anytime.

  • Locker Users are expected and required to clear contents of their lockers at the end of the locker agreement (expiration date).

  • Proper care of the locker is the renter’s responsibility. Defacing or damaging the locker by stickers, paint, marker, scratching, striking, or any other method are grounds for withdrawing the locker privilege and the patron may be charged the cost of any repairs or damage to the Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge (Birmingham) property.

  • Damage to lockers or problems with locks should be promptly reported to Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge manager or owner.

  • Lockers may not be sublet.

VIP Access

  • Access to ALL Tailored Smoke VIP Lounges are included as a part of the Locker Membership OR the Non-Resident VIP membership program (Must reside at least 50 miles from nearest TS Location).

  • VIP Access is for the member and | guest at a time based on availability. Priority is always given to members and guest may be asked to leave based on capacity.

  • Tailored Smoke Management reserves the right to rent the VIP space for private events. Members will not be allowed to access the VIP lounge at this time.

  • It is expected that members are courteous and accommodate each other to maximize the exclusivity of the VIP Lounge Experience.

The Locker Renter acknowledges that he/she has been advised that the storage of any items in the lockers of Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge is solely at his/her own risk. The Locker Renter hereby expressly assumes full responsibility for any and all damages to any items, or the loss of any item stored in the assigned locker. In the event of damage, the renter agrees, covenants and holds that Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge is not responsible and is immune from any claims arising from said damage or loss. The Locker Renter also agrees to reimburse Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge and its employees for any and all legal fees and costs incurred by Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge in defending any action relating to the stored items.

Not adhering to any of these terms may result in withdrawal of locker privileges or other actions Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge deems appropriate. Refunds will not be issued if contract becomes void due to privileges being revoked.
